Abstract:

BACKGROUND: Hepatitis B is the most common occupational disease in health care providers. It can be followed by several complications. The aim of this study was to determine the cognitive determinants of hepatitis B (HB) vaccination Acceptability among nurses based on the Health Belief Model (HBM). METHODS: This cross-sectional study was conducted among 330 nurses in educational hospitals of Kermanshah city, during 2016. Samples were randomly selected with the proportional to size among different educational hospitals in Kermanshah. A structured questionnaire was applied for collecting data and data were analyzed using SPSS software version 16 by using bivariate correlations and logistic regression statistical tests. RESULTS: The mean age of the respondents was 30. 5 years [SD: 6. 62]. About, 58. 5% of the participants reported to have completed (three times) vaccination of HB. Female nurses were more likely to be fully vaccinated against HB than male nurses, with adjusted odds ratio estimate of 2. 507 [95% CI: 1. 523-4. 125] and those who had family or friends with a history of HB with odds ratio estimate of 3. 706 [95% CI: 1. 317-10. 425], making these the most influential predictive determinants for full uptake (three time) of HB vaccination. Among the HBM variables: perceived threat with odds ratio estimate of 1. 264 [95% CI: 1. 160-1. 376], perceived self-efficacy with odds ratio estimate of 1. 179 [95% CI: 1. 020-1. 363], and cues to action with odds ratio estimate of 1. 335 [95% CI: 1. 015-1. 756], were the more influential predictors of full uptake (three time) of HB vaccination. CONCLUSION: To development uptake vaccination programs promotion in addition to focusing on male nurses, using the results of the predictive constructs include; perceived threat perceived self-efficacy suggested. Based on our result, it seems that development and implementation of health promotion programs to increase threat about side effect of HB and self-efficacy regarding HB vaccination uptake may be usefulness of the findings to promotion of vaccination of HB.

Abstract:

One of the factors that can be the link between our intentions and actions and their external consequences is human agency, which indicates the conscious design and intentional execution of actions by the individual in order to influence future events. Objective and Method: This research with a developmental approach of psychometric method and method 1, examines the psychometric indices of the Human Factor Characteristics Scale using the classical theory of test score measurement and the graduated question-answer theory. The purpose of this study, which included high school students in Tehran, was selected by cluster sampling of 500 people as a sample size and statistical analysis was performed on 481 data. To collect the data, the ion Human Agent Characteristics Scale (2011) was used and the research questions were evaluated using IRTPRO and SPSS software. Results:The assumption of local independence based on Pearson x2 index was established by applying Simjima's calibrated question-answer theory and the assumption of being one-dimensional based on the analysis of multidimensional question-answer theory. Diagnosis parameters with question-answer approach and classical approach Test score Both item 25 approach had the lowest and item 2 had the highest diagnosis parameter. The answer thresholds for all the questions were so far apart that no option was covered by the other option, and the options were independently selected by individuals at intervals of theta. The total scale was calculated with Cronbach's alpha of 0.945, intentionality of 0.894, foresight of 0.780, self-reactivity of 0.871 and rethinking of 0.762. Also, the role of each item in internal consistency was investigated by the loop method, which all questions had a favorable role in internal consistency of this scale. The value of the validity coefficient obtained from the question-answer theory was obtained by marginal method for intentionality 0.92, forethought 0.85, self-reaction 0.91, rethinking 0.83..

Abstract:

Khaqani is a self-congratulatory poet; So that you can hardly find a poem where he did not talk about his superiority. One of the reasons for Khaqani's self-praise is the inferiority complex. In the past, the social and economic level of the family was effective in determining the position of people in the society. Since Khaqani did not have a rich family, he has been neglected; Therefore, one of the reasons for his narcissism is his inferiority complex. . Another reason is the existence of rivals who spoke ill of the poet, as a result, the poet had to express his merits. Conceptual metaphor theory, which started with Lakoff and Johnson's opinions, proved that metaphor is also seen in thinking.  The conceptual system based on which we think and act has a metaphorical nature. In the traditional approach, they look at metaphor as a decorative tool, but in the new approach, they look at metaphor as a translinguistic tool that is not only in language; Rather, it is current in human thought and action. Therefore, in the new approach, metaphor is not an aesthetic tool for poets and writers; Rather, all people use it in their daily speech. According to the cognitive linguistic theory of metaphor, in metaphor, we understand one conceptual domain through another conceptual domain; That is, we use the tangible domain to objectify the abstract domain. According to the cognitive linguistic theory of metaphor, many abstract concepts have a metaphorical structure, although they may not be revealed at the level of language. Despite this, metaphors dominate the concepts. Metaphor in its cognitive sense is a bridge to understand abstract or less tangible concepts. Lakoff and Johnson have divided metaphors into three types: 1. Ontological metaphors: existential metaphors are metaphors in which abstract concepts are considered as an entity. 2. Structural metaphor is one concept is organized in the framework of another concept. 3. Directional metaphor is a type of conceptual metaphor in which concepts are conceptualized based on physical directions. The living environment, life events, experience, culture, etc. have an impact on human thoughts and feelings and are reflected in his words; Therefore, by studying the works of a poet or writer, one can reach the thoughts of that poet or writer. In this research, which was carried out in a descriptive-analytical way, while introducing the theory of conceptual metaphor, metaphorical maps related to self-praise were extracted. To objectify the concepts related to self-praise, the poet has used the concepts of the following areas in order of frequency: Concepts of family and social system (31 items), kingdom (19 items), nature (16 items), religion area (15 items), Astronomy field (4 cases), medical field (4 cases), professional field (4 cases) and.

Abstract:

The tendency towards "authenticity" has been considered more than ever in developing countries, especially in Islamic countries. Nowadays, revivalist trends have become one of the most important currents in the contemporary art and architecture of Islamic countries. The literature shows that these trends, in addition to their strengths, also had several weaknesses. In Iran, along with the other trends in the developing countries, revivalism acts as a dominant trend in the scene of contemporary architecture. Revivalist trends in Iran, in search of a contemporary expression, decided to establish an outstanding model of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The highperformance architecture theory as a futuristic phenomenon is to outline a future for the architecture of the world especially for the future architecture of the developing countries such as Iran. The context analysis show that Islamic countries of the West of Asia and the North Africa (MENA) region and other Islamic countries. As a leading architectural theory, the highperformance architecture theory is to outline a framework for the interaction of technology and prosperity in order to meet "excellence". The main goal of research is to find the similarities and differences of the proposed theory with other competing theories in the Islamic countries. The main purpose of this study is to reunderstand the revivalist tendencies in Islamic countries, and to analyze their strengths and weaknesses in comparison with the highperformance architecture theory. The methodology of the research is based on abduction and logical argumentation research strategy. Regarding the "designerly" character of highperformance architecture theory, the methodology of the research is to include theory and practice simultaneously. Based on the outlined goal, the results of the research can provide a framework for comprehensive policies in the field of art and architecture of Islamic countries. From a methodological point of view, the research examines the revivalist theories and practices in the art and architecture of Islamic countries with the logical argumentation strategy. For the reasoning process, the research has adopted the descriptive-analytical methodology. In analyzing the effects and procedures, it uses semantic content analysis and modeling methods. Research with a forward-looking futuristic approach, seeking to draw what is the desired model of art and architecture, at the level of the 20-year vision document of the Islamic Republic of Iran; as an inspiring model for other Islamic countries. Research findings show that both anti-technology and anti-traditional trends have been doomed to fail in the field of practice. These reactionary trends led to a kind of "extreme traditionalism" or "imitation architecture" in the contemporary architecture of the developing countries such as Iran. The results show a weakness in understanding the context in order to have a futuristic and a conceptual perspective toward the future. The recent trends suffer from lack of integrity and comprehensive understanding. The results are petro-dollars for a hasty pastiche architectural style in some developing countries which results in environmentally catastrophe and energy-hungry style of development. The conclusion of the research underscores that an essential shortcoming of the existing theories in the field of art and architecture of Islamic countries is the lack of practicality in the field of "design", and the weakness of comprehensiveness in the field of "technology". It highlights that a successful architecture theory has to criticize the extremist traditionalism and the imitation-eclecticism in order to find a way toward the future. The highperformance architecture theory has to respect the context in order to learn from indigenous identity, and to adopt the new technologies in order to meet the excellence in design. In this perspective, it could be an alternative for the future of art and architecture in Islamic countries as well as the developing countries.

Abstract:

IntroductionGeopolitical knowledge, through its field of study, which is a combination of geography and political science, examines the role of geographical sources of power and the use of these sources in the relations between actors. In fact, geopolitical knowledge is based on the two pillars of the geographical sources of power and the relations of the actors. Therefore, in geopolitical knowledge, the relations between the actors are realized based on the geographical sources of their power (Janparvar, 1396). Life and survival are the highest values of creation. Habitat and habitat all make sense in connection with water. But the challenge is that only 2.5 percent of the world's fresh water and only half of this amount is available to humans (Kaviani-Rad et al., 1399: 86). This small amount is also very heterogeneously distributed in the world. On the other hand, the expansion of urbanization, population growth and the expansion of inefficient agriculture have led to the threat of existing freshwater resources (Araqchi, 2014: 93). In the last hundred years, per capita global water consumption has grown 9-fold (Dellapenna, 2001: 209). Despite unprecedented changes in the political geography of the world, in most parts of the world, water has always been a key element in the foreign policy of countries. Numerous examples of conflicts between countries can be cited, including the issue of restricting water resources (for example, Turkey, Iraq and Syria with surface and groundwater pollution of the Danube River in Europe). research methodThe main method of this research is descriptive-analytical due to its theoretical nature. Accordingly, in this research, an attempt has been made to provide a general picture of the concept and nature of hydropolitics and on the other hand to explain the dimensions of hydropolitics. In this research, library and internet information has been used to collect information.Research FindingsThe concept of hydropoliticsAmong the important issues in the field of hydropolitics are numerous and sometimes non-transparent conceptualizations. Studies on the conceptualizations that have been made of hydropolitics seem to be such that, while lacking transparency and comprehensibility, it has not been able to show the relationship between hydropolitics and geopolitics in a logical way. Based on this, it seems that if we consider the relationship between geopolitics and hydropolitics in general, the definition of hydropolitics should be in a way that is consistent with the definition of geopolitics and on the other hand is in a way. Which, while being transparent, can also be understood. If we consider the definition of geopolitics as geopolitics is the knowledge, acquisition, productivity and preservation of geographical sources of power in transnational, national, regional and global relations; In other words, geopolitics is the knowledge of designing and reviewing the strategies of actors to achieve benefits and goals based on geographical sources of power (Janparvar, 1396: 28). Based on the relationship between geopolitics and hydropolitics, hydropolitics should be conceptualized as follows:Hydropolitics is the knowledge, acquisition, efficiency and conservation of water and related issues as a geographical source of power in transnational, national, regional and global relations; In other words, hydropolitics is the knowledge of designing and reviewing actors' strategies to achieve water-based interests and goals and related issues as a geographical source of power.Hydropolitical dimensionsAs a rule, there are different views and perceptions in the field of hydropolitical forms, some of which were mentioned above and analyzed. It seems that in order to have a systematic and complete hydropolitical attitude, studies in the field of hydropolitics can be conducted in the form of three dimensions. The first dimension: water as a geographical source of powerIn the first dimension of hydropolitical studies, water should be studied as a geographical source of power in the form of four sections as follows. The second dimension: water-based relationshipsIn the second dimension of hydropolitical studies, water as a geographical source of power in the form of four sections should be studied as follows.Dimension 3: Water-based strategiesIn the third dimension of hydropolitical studies, water as a geographical source of power in the form of two parts should be studied as follows.ConclusionThe purpose of this research, which is fundamental in nature, is to provide a favorable and appropriate approach for institutionalizing the concept of hydropolitics. Therefore, in this research, using a descriptive-analytical method, a new model and attitude to the concept and dimensions of hydropolitics have been presented. Among the important issues in the field of hydropolitics are numerous and sometimes opaque conceptualizations. Studies on the conceptualizations of hydropolitics show that most of what has been written, while lacking transparency and comprehensibility, has not been able to logically show the relationship between hydropolitics and geopolitics. Based on this, it seems that if we consider the relationship between geopolitics and hydropolitics in general, the definition of hydropolitics should be in a way that is consistent with the definition of geopolitics and on the other hand is in a way. Which, while being transparent, can also be understood. If we consider the definition of geopolitics as geopolitics is the knowledge, acquisition, productivity and preservation of geographical sources of power in transnational, national, regional and global relations; In other words, geopolitics is the knowledge of designing and reviewing the strategies of actors to achieve interests and goals based on geographical sources of power (Janparvar, 1396: 28). Based on the relationship between geopolitics and hydropolitics, hydropolitics should be conceptualized as follows: Hydropolitics is the knowledge, acquisition, efficiency and conservation of water and related issues as geographical source of power in transnational, national, regional and global relations; In other words, hydropolitics is the knowledge of designing and reviewing actors' strategies to achieve water-based interests and goals and related issues as a geographical source of power.

Abstract:

Objective: The aim of the present study was to identify customers’,critical criteria applied in the bank selection process and their causal relationships. Methods: This qualitative study was conducted using the grounded theory approach. Following the purposive sampling method, the data were collected through a series of convergent interviews with 15 banks’,customers in ten cities of Iran who had different characteristics. MAXQDA software was applied in order to analyze the data. Results: This study has documented various findings including introducing a comprehensive scale in the banking industry and identifying two new constructs namely citizenship’, s well-being originated from banking activities and comparative images as the contributions of the study. In addition, 12 variables, 8 constructs, and their relationships were discussed through a robust qualitative method by reviewing the literature. Accordingly, an integrated conceptual model was developed. Managerial implications for amplifying customers’,quality of life through customer experiences, bank marketing activities, and word-of-mouth advertising were discussed. Conclusion: This research showed that the characteristics of a bank resulting from the three constructs of word-of-mouth advertising, marketing activities, and the direct customer experience in the form of bank image evoke feelings and understanding of economic and time values in customers. Customers consider banking operations in all aspects of their life.

Abstract:

The concept of "fanaticism in the organization" is one of the concepts that has been considered less in the management literature. Fanaticism in the organization is a form of Organization members that works beyond the usual standards, routine tasks, and with more than usual ability to meet organizational goals. Fanaticism in an organization as an attitude can play an important role in maximizing organizational productivity. Researches carried out with this concept are often conducted with a negative view. From a positive point of view, fanaticism in the organization can be a sign of the high commitment of members to the organization, work group, job and organization. In this research, by exploring the views of industry experts and experts, we have studied the causes of fanaticism formation in the organization with a positive view. In this regard, the methodology of the data theory approach has been used with the apparent approach. The research community in this study was the employees working in industries of Khorasan Razavi province. Based on the theoretical sampling method in the data theory, 17 theoretical Saturation was obtained. In this research, after analyzes made during the coding process and the continuous comparison, 46 codes or initial data and 5 concepts were plotted. The result of the codes, concepts, and categories derived from the emergence of the final model of research, led to the fanaticism of the organization.
